RESPONSE TO INTERVENTION: BEHAVIORS Law Advisory takes a TIERED TEAM APPROACH to (1) allow teachers to recognize, intervene only when advisable and report simply but effectively (2) establish a nearly error-proof review involving less than six people (3) involve experts and parents as necessary (4) document to reduce potential liability but, importantly, define future "red flags" This program is based on U.S. Dept. of Ed. guidelines and findings of the Federal School Violence Initiative.
